2015 Review

2015 Statistics:

• Customer base doubled in size
• Traffic did grow 760% compared to 2014
• Bandwidth consumption went up 1285%
• Infrastructure doubled in size
• We’ve resolved more than 400 tickets with a “first reply time” of just 19 minutes on average throughout the year.
• Our goals for 2016 is to put up a new website which shows more transparency towards customers what kind of hardware we use.

2015 Uptime Statistics:

• Server1: 99.992% uptime
• Server2a: 99.993166667% uptime
• Server3: (Active since middle of May): 100% uptime (normalized)
• Server4: (Active since beginning of October): 99.996% uptime (normalized)
